Registration

The registration cost for the conference includes
  • 4 nights lodging (Wed. May 28 through Sat. May 31)
  • breakfast Thursday through Sunday
  • lunch Thursday through Saturday
  • banquet Friday
  • drinks (open bar) and hors d'oeuvres at reception/poster sessions
  • snacks and beverages during breaks daily
  • commemorative t-shirt  
  • probably some other goodies, depending on what we can arrange.

Lodging is in the new Vandiver residence hall, in suites consisting of two bedrooms sharing a bath. Each attendee will have a separate bedroom; if you wish to specify another attendee with whom you prefer to share a suite, you may do so below.  

Some lodging is available in hotels in Cape Girardeau if you prefer, although you will need a car for transportation from them.  (Holiday Inn Express; Drury Suites)

Registration is $500 including residence hall lodging or $350 if you choose to stay elsewhere.

Registration deadline is Friday, April 25, 2008.
